AUTOGRAPHS: All products are hand signed by Larry Elmore personally!
LIMITED EDITIONS: All lithographs are generated in limited, numbered runs. All other prints and Giclees are printed to order.
CART INSTRUCTIONS: As you navigate our site, you can buy a product anytime you see a “Add to Cart” Button. Just push the button and it will add your product to our shopping cart in the sidebar. You can keep browsing the site as long as you like, adding new items into your cart. When you are ready to leave just push the “Check Out” button located on the bottom of the cart system. Good Shopping!
CART DURATION: Items in the shopping cart will expire after 1 hour of inactivity.
PAYMENT: We use PayPal as our preferred service. They accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and many, many, more.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Residents must add an additional 6% state sales tax to any order.
PACKAGING & HANDLING: Please note that books and prints are NOT shipped together. We make every effort to minimize shipping costs. Our methods are time proven to ensure that you get your item in the best possible condition for the most reasonable price.
- Prints will be rolled into tubes. Each tube holds up to 10 prints. Cost of shipping is dependent on the size, quantity, and material of the print(s).
- Books will be combined into padded envelopes or boxes depending on size and weight. Cost of shipping is dependent on the combined shipping weight of the book(s).
- A handling charge will added to all shipments to cover the cost of shipping materials and care in packaging to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- Prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Prints are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail.
- Books are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail where possible. Books that exceed the 4-lb limit for First-Class Mail will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: If you are shipping outside the United States of America, you MUST INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER at checkout for customs forms!
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
As of January 1, 2021, all UK customers are responsible for paying VAT.
SHIPPING TIME: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within America. Allow 4-6 weeks delivery if you are in any other country. Larry travels extensively, therefore, shipping CAN take longer as he hand signs everything. Feel free to email us for status at any time.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please be aware of the following deadlines before placing any order for the holiday season.
- For all our international customers: All orders should be placed by December 5th. We have no control over customs, so to be on the safe side, we strongly advise ordering as soon as possible to ensure that you receive your gift in time.
- Orders within the US: All orders, except Giclees, should be placed by December 16th at the latest. All Giclee orders, paper or canvas, should be placed no later than December 12th.
- We recommend that you provide a valid email address and phone number on your order so that we may contact you in the case any shipment is delayed.
- Any orders placed after these deadlines cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
